Craig Pensini

Bachelor of Business Agriculture

Craig worked in his family’s farming enterprise 1989-1995, managing a property at Moonyoonooka. He moved from Geraldton to York in 1996 and started work with crop protection company Rhone Poulenc, and completed a Graduate Diploma in Agribusiness, Horticulture in 1998. Craig had various broadacre and horticulture sales positions with Bayer Crop Science before moving into a marketing role in Melbourne between 2006 to 2011, after which he transferred back to Perth. In 2014 he was promoted to the position of Regional Sales Manager Broadacre West.

Craig joined the MOCA Board in 2012 just after the final Curtin student graduated from the Muresk Campus. He saw an opportunity to advocate for tertiary agricultural students to once again study at the Muresk campus.

Craig has a strong passion for Agribusiness in WA and firmly believes that the agricultural industry’s contribution to the both the state and national economy, is undervalued. Outside of work, when he is not enjoying overseas travel, Craig spends time in his small vineyard, growing and producing table wines.
